This Madeira holiday home is seven years old and has a living space of 70m2,it gives an ideal area suitable for 4 people with very good conditions of comfort and furniture.This Funchal holiday home also gives a sideways seaview from a balcony where there is a grass-plot with exotic plantations.A basement with a gate remote-controlled allows you to park the car on a private carpark (49).  
 A lift allows you to come back to the home rental at the third floor of the building.The home rental consists of two main rooms,a lounge,a dining-room and a bedroom.The
kitchen is modern and tiled,it is well equipped in table-service and household electrical appliances like washing machine,dishwasher,fridge,gas cooker with four burners and an owen,a suck in hod... and ustensil of various kinds like microwaves,electrical knife,mixer,coffee-pot...that characterize a comfortable home
  
 The lounge consists of a sofa bed for two people with a comfortable mattress, two armchairs and of a low table,a TV with private channels(BBC,NBC...) . The dining-room consists of a drop-leaf table,four chairs and a sideboard.The
bedroom consists
of a bed for two peoples,a dresser with mirror,two bedside tables with lamps and a cupboard,the necessary of bedding and linen are provided (covers,sheets,bunches,pillowcase...).The bathroom has a shower cubicle,a washbasin,a WC and the towels are also provided.Bed linen,towels,and a hair-drier are provided. A cradle is provided for your baby's holiday. 
The advantages of this apartment are the followings:
1-You can go bathing on foot. 2-You can join a bus stop or a taxi stand on foot. 3-The fair price,less expensive than a hotel room.
4-You can go shopping on foot. 5-You can go to the city on foot. 6-You are greeted at the airport by a professional agency of property management and my agent can drive you to the flat.
7-A car hire is not required.

 The managers are good partners ,they provide the cleaning prior to arrival and after departure with no additional fees and they can give you a cheap island tour and quite lots of services!
